Head Turner Steering Wheel Upgrade Installation Instructions
Tools Required
- 6mm Allen wrench/socket
- 8mm wrench or socket
- Drill
- 7/32” drill bit
- Grinder or rotary tool
- Sharpie marker
Step 1: Remove Factory Steering Wheel
- Remove the factory steering wheel using the factory 6mm center bolt.
- Set the bolt aside, as it will be reused during installation.

Step 2: Mark the Factory Steering Wheel
- Place the supplied jig onto the factory steering wheel.
- Ensure the dimple on the jig is seated in the arrow molded into the factory steering wheel.

Using a Sharpie, trace:
- The outside profile of the jig.
- The three mounting holes in the jig.




Step 3: Drill and Trim
- Drill the three marked holes using a 7/32” drill bit.
- Grind or cut the three steering wheel arms along the outline you traced with the jig.
- Clean up any rough edges as needed.


Step 4: Assemble the Adapter
- Insert the modified factory steering wheel stem into the supplied adapter.
- Ensure the portion of the stem that bends inward is positioned at the bottom of the steering wheel.
- Secure the stem to the adapter using the three supplied bolts and nuts.
- Tighten the supplied nuts using an 8mm wrench or socket.

Step 5: Install the New Steering Wheel
- Attach the steering wheel to the adapter using the six supplied bolts.
- Tighten all hardware evenly.

Step 6: Reinstall on the Crazy Cart
- Install the completed steering wheel assembly onto the Crazy Cart.
- Reuse the factory steering wheel bolt.
- Reuse the factory retaining nut from the Crazy Cart and tighten securely.

Step 7: Install Center Cap
- Snap the center cap into the steering wheel.
- Ensure the logo is oriented upright before fully seating the cap.
Final Inspection
- Verify all hardware is tight.
- Confirm the steering wheel is centered and turns freely.
- Ensure the center cap is fully seated and properly aligned.
