Refund & Return Policy

At Head Turner, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


✅ 15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, not installed, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

To start a return, email us at contacthtnb@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send it back.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work quickly to make it right — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., made-to-order or personalized items)

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?
The fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds will not include shipping. Customer is fully responsible for all shipping & handling costs.

There is also a 10% restocking fee on all orders that are returned.


Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
